After installing RapidStudio 6.0.1.52 I got and error about "duplicate images in unique folders". |
|
This is a bug in version 6.0.1.52 where for some reason it picks up the system file called thumbs.db as an image in the cliparts folders. We have release a patch to fix this. Please download and run it. |

After installing new content, when launching RapidStudio I get an error "Found duplicate items in uique folders" with a list of file names. |

Sometimes when installing new content, one or more of the items can be duplicated. This will cause the software to error. Please click the web link to download and run a patch to fix this. |

Are there any distribution points outside Johannesburg? |
|
At the moment we only have FREE distribution points around Johannesburg, but we are working on a larger distribution network. If you are not in the Johannesburg area you have the option to have your book couriered or posted to you. |

Can I use RapidStudio on my Apple Macintosh? |
|
RapidStudio is not compatible with Mac, but if you are running Windows on your Mac you will be able to install and use RapidStudio. Keep watching this space though, as our developers are working on a Mac version. |

Can you print a book made from iPhoto on an Apple Macintosh? |
|
We accept pdf's made from iPhoto. Go to "Create | iPhoto" on our website and follow the simple ordering process. |

Does the 10 working day turn around only apply to areas in Gauteng? |
|
Our delivery time is guarenteed within 10 working days anywhere in South Africa. |

Does the courier charge apply to every book in my order or does it include my whole order? |
|
Our courier charge includes your whole order, irrespective of the amount of books. |

How do I order my book? |
|
Click on the shopping cart button above the main editing screen and follow the prompts. Be sure to connect to the internet when starting the ordering process! |

How do I pay for my book? |
|
When placing your order you will be prompted to either pay by Credit Card or EFT via PayFast, so make sure you are connected to the internet when you start the ordering process. |

How do I send my files to you? |
|
When ordering your product you can choose to either upload your files via our automatic FTP Uploader (over the internet) or write the files to a disk. The disk can be posted to us or dropped off at any of our distribution points. If you choose to upload your files, the files will automatically start uploading after payment has been completed. |
